Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of YuzuTime AI, including our AI media generation, editing, credit, and workspace features.

Using the service
YuzuTime AI provides AI-powered media creation, editing, and workflow tools. You are responsible for your account activity, the content you submit, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is compromised, abusive, unlawful, or creates risk for the service or other users.
Credits and paid features
Some features may require credits or other paid access. Credits may be consumed when requests are submitted or processed. Pricing, limits, and usage rules may vary by offer.
Refund policy
AI products require paid computing resources each time a request is submitted, processed, or generated. Because these compute costs are incurred immediately and credits may be consumed during processing, YuzuTime AI does not currently support refunds for purchased credits, completed payments, submitted requests, or generated results, except where required by applicable law.
Your content
You retain rights you already have in prompts, uploads, and other materials you submit. You grant YuzuTime AI the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and deliver content as required to operate the service.
Generated outputs
Outputs may be similar to content generated for other users and may require review before commercial or public use. You are responsible for checking accuracy, permissions, likeness rights, and suitability of generated media.
AI models and providers
The models currently available through YuzuTime AI may include Nano Banana, OpenAI GPT Image 2, Wan 2.2 I2V Fast, xAI Grok Imagine Video 1.5, and YuzuTime-managed models such as YuzuTime V1. AI Bikini Generator, AI Clothes Changer, AI Hair Color Changer, AI Hair Style Changer, and AI Lip Sync currently use Nano Banana as their underlying model where the generation interface does not display a selectable model. Availability varies by tool, account, and region, and the model displayed in the generation interface is the model offered for that request. We may add, replace, rename, or remove models as providers and product capabilities change.
AIGC Acceptable Use Policy: prohibited content
You must not upload, request, create, edit, distribute, or facilitate: (1) pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, or other NSFW content; (2) graphic violence, gore, torture, or content that promotes or meaningfully facilitates physical harm; (3) hateful or dehumanizing content targeting a protected person or group, or content that promotes discrimination or extremist violence; (4) any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depiction of a minor, grooming, exploitation, or content that endangers a child; (5) deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, identity fraud, or misleading use of a real person's face, voice, or likeness; or (6) content that infringes or misappropriates copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property or personal rights. Artistic, documentary, educational, or news context does not excuse unlawful, exploitative, or harmful use.
Other prohibited conduct
You must not use YuzuTime AI to violate law; harass, threaten, defraud, exploit, or deceive others; facilitate weapons, crime, malware, or evasion of safeguards; probe or bypass safety systems; interfere with or overload the service; scrape or automate access without permission; or submit content you do not own or have authority and required consent to use.
Content moderation
We may use automated classifiers, blocklists, rate and behavior signals, and proportionate human review to evaluate prompts, uploads, outputs, and reports before or after generation. We may refuse a request, limit an output, remove or quarantine content, preserve evidence, or refer suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations. Moderation is risk-based and cannot guarantee that every violation will be detected.
Reporting and appeals
Report suspected illegal, unsafe, infringing, or non-consensual content to [email protected]. Include the relevant URL or job identifier, a description of the concern, and proof of rights or identity when applicable; do not email CSAM or other illegal files. We will assess reports, may request additional information, and will take action we consider appropriate. Affected users may use the same address to request review of an enforcement decision.
Enforcement and breach consequences
If you violate these Terms or create risk for users, third parties, or the service, we may without prior notice reject or cancel requests; remove or disable access to content; warn you; restrict features, generation limits, payments, or downloads; freeze, suspend, or terminate accounts; block devices, payment methods, or network access; and preserve or disclose evidence where lawful. Free or promotional credits may be cancelled. Paid credits may be frozen or cancelled where permitted by law and reasonably connected to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or enforcement costs. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination and referral to rights holders or authorities. You remain responsible for losses, claims, investigation costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your breach to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, payment, analytics, or AI providers. Your use of integrated third-party services may be subject to additional terms and availability limits.
Service changes
We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, models, limits, pricing, or availability. We may also perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access or performance.
Disclaimers
YuzuTime AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free results, or that generated content will meet every legal, creative, technical, or business requirement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YuzuTime AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different notice or consent process.
