This policy explains how YuzuTime AI handles information when you use our AI media creation workspace, including image, editing, and motion generation tools.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, contact information, authentication data, usage activity, payment status, device information, and content you submit to YuzuTime AI, including prompts, uploaded files, generated media, and support messages.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, process requests, maintain accounts, deliver credits or paid features, improve product quality, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, communicate important updates, and comply with legal obligations.

AI content and workspace data

Your prompts, uploads, outputs, selected model, and editing activity are processed to generate requested results and operate product features. Avoid submitting confidential, regulated, or third-party content unless you have the right and any required consent to use it.

AI models and processing providers

Depending on the tool and model you select, prompts, uploads, and related technical data may be sent to AI processing providers or infrastructure that operates models currently offered by YuzuTime AI, including Nano Banana, OpenAI GPT Image 2, Wan 2.2 I2V Fast, and xAI Grok Imagine Video 1.5. Some specialized workflows use YuzuTime-managed models such as YuzuTime V1. The available model and provider may change; the generation interface identifies the current selectable model. These processors receive only the data needed to complete the request and provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service, subject to their applicable terms and our contractual arrangements.

Safety moderation and abuse prevention

To enforce our Terms and AIGC Acceptable Use Policy, protect users, and comply with law, we may use automated filters, risk signals, and proportionate human review to examine prompts, uploaded files, outputs, account activity, and reports. Reviews may occur before or after generation. Suspected violations may be blocked, quarantined, removed, or retained as evidence for investigation, appeals, security, or legal compliance.

Reports and legal disclosures

When you report content or conduct to [email protected], we process the report, contact details you provide, relevant content, and investigation records to assess and respond to the issue. We may disclose information to service providers, rights holders, law enforcement, regulators, or child-safety organizations when reasonably necessary or legally required, including for suspected child sexual abuse material, credible threats, fraud, or intellectual-property claims.

User-Uploaded Portraits Protocol

Portraits uploaded for hair color previews are processed solely for real-time rendering. They are never used to train models, are not sold to third parties, and are automatically purged from our servers within one hour.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, and analytics tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand product usage, measure performance, and protect the service from fraud or automated abuse.

Sharing and processors

We may share information with service providers that help us host infrastructure, process payments, authenticate users, deliver support, analyze usage, and secure the platform. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for product operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, abuse prevention, and legitimate business purposes. Prompts, uploads, outputs, moderation decisions, reports, and technical logs may have different retention periods. Content connected to a safety incident, legal request, payment dispute, or enforcement action may be retained longer than ordinary workspace content.

Generated content deletion

You may delete supported generation history records and generated content from your account where the product provides deletion controls. Deletion requests remove the content from active user-facing storage, although limited records may be retained when required for security, billing, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or backup integrity.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect your account credentials and review content before uploading it.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where applicable. Some requests may be limited by legal requirements, security needs, or records required to provide the service.

Children

YuzuTime AI is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or operating practices change. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page.
